Invoke your divine feminine fire through this sacred movement course with Sophia. Over these 6 weeks we will form deeper bonds with ourselves and our sisters through dancing in safe space. When we are together we will have an ecstatic warm up, body isolation practice, learn the foundations of dance and create a living breathing choreography together. Your participation is essential to this course, so a commitment is required for each Monday.
